The Deadbolt was always a great way to get into the R/C rock crawling hobby, and the new version is no different. It features the SCX10 II's new AR44 axles, chassis-mounted-servo, a four-link rear suspension set up, and much more.

One of the most anticipated releases so far this year, the SCX10 II has hit our shelves. We were only allotted one for the shelf, and it's not likely to stay here for long. We have more on backorder, and will special order more if you anyone wants to get their name on one when they arrive.

The new SCX10 features:

  • An 8° kingpin angle built into the steering for less load on the steering servo

Axial SCX10 Jeep C/R Edition Now in Stock

New on the shelf this week was the Axial SCX10 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited C/R Edition! This rock crawler comes equipped with a Castle Creations-sourced speed control, a Poison Spyder® Brawler Bumper, 151 oz-in metal gear servo, rear bumper with swing out carrier and an extensive set of decals. Also included are a 27T motor and Axial 2 channel radio system. The entire truck is water-resistant, so don't worry about crawling around on the snow. And the coolest part about this trail runner is the pre-installed Rigid® functional LED lightbars!

The Axial SCX10 C/R Edition Jeep Wrangler runs $419.99 and requires a battery and charger (sold separately).

Exo Terra RTR Announced for July; Pre-Orders Open

Finally! While this is probably no surprise to anyone, Axial has sent out a dealer release confirming that an RTR (Ready-To-Run) version of their popular Exo Terra Buggy will be released in mid-July! It will feature all the things people love about the kit version, and Axial is adding a 2.4GHz radio and a Castle Creations-delevoped Vanguard brushless motor and speed control.

Look for this to hit store shelves mid-July. It will be street-priced at $479.99, and will require a battery pack, charger, and 4 AA batteries. Pre-orders welcome!
