Nürnberg 2014: Spektrum DX6 Transmitter/Receiver

I've long said that the DX6i was due for upgrade. And finally, it has come. Strangly deciding to reuse the DX6 name, the new DX6 is jam packed with features. First of all, it's sporting a killer new look. It finally adds the new AirWare features like the SD card to Spektrum's 6-channel transmitter. It had a gigantic 250 model memory on board. The Direct Sytem Menu Access removes the need to power down to access the system menu, saving time when programming. It has the voice alerts from the DX9, as well as the wireless trainer mode.

You don't even need to power down to bind anymore!

The list goes on and on. This is one of the largest upgrades I've seen to Spektrum radios since the DX8 was announced. This fantastic radio will hits store shelves at $229.99 with a AR610 receiver in the box. No word on a transmitter-only package yet. The Spektrum DX6 is due out in May 2014. Get your pre-orders in now, because this will be a hot seller!
