Castle Creations' speed controls and motors are some of the best in the industry. But sometimes they can be a pain to troubleshoot. What follows is a guide for the various different configurations of blinking lights you might get on your Castle Creations speed control. Please note that these only apply to their surface (car, truck, buggy) speed controls.

Solid Green

When Not Calibrating & No Throttle Input
Shouldn't occur at neutral; Indicates full throttle input
When Not Calibrating & Applying Throttle / Reverse
     Indicates full throttle input
When Calibrating and Applying Throttle / Reverse
Indicates full throttle input has been read

Solid Yellow

When Not Calibrating & No Throttle Input
Indicates the ESC is neutral and armed
When Not Calibrating & Applying Throttle / Reverse
Should not occur under these circumstances
When Calibrating and Applying Throttle / Reverse
Indicates neutral has been calibrated and is armed

When Not Calibrating & No Throttle Input
ESC is not seeing a valid signal from the receiver.
(ESC could be plugged in backward)
When Not Calibrating & Applying Throttle / Reverse
ESC is not seeing a valid signal from the receiver.
(ESC could be plugged in backward)
When Calibrating and Applying Throttle / Reverse
ESC is not seeing a valid signal from the receiver.
(ESC could be plugged in backward)
Also happens when ESC accepts a calibration setting.
